Lunch: we went to Montana Mike's for:
- salad with Thousand Island Dressing
- ribeye steak done medium (I took the remnants home and will have them for breakfast later this week)
- baked potatoe
- roll with honey butter
- 2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meatloaf/mashed potatoe/corn/apple crisp dinner and a couple of pieces of dark chocolate my wife took from the goodies bowl for trick and treaters...
