Breakfast: first, I boiled two eggs and then added instant grits and cooked it. Alas, I burned some of the egg and had to throw it out; actually, I gave it to my dog who thought it was just fine!
Lunch: We went to "King's Buffet" and had chicken, rice, beef, a small amount of french fries, choc pudding and some vinallia pudding and Diet Pepsi. All stuff that probably wasn't good for me...
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Appled Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water
Then, a bag of popcorn for "desert"...
