Breakfast: left over hamberger from last night, mixed with two packets of instant grits, butter and water to make the instant grits and coffee

Lunch: left over baked chicken and rice pilof and a can of "Pepsi One"...

Dinner: at Montana Mike's:
  • salad with Thousand Island Dressing
  • 8 oz fillet
  • "loaded" baked potatoe
  • about ½ of a "Mudslide" (brownie, vanilla ice creamme, whipped creamme and chocolate fudge drizzle)
