Breakfast: a hodgepodge of left overs: part of a Ruben, part of a cheese sandwich (Tillamook Sharp Cheddar and Gudda), some over oven baked chicken and coffee
Lunch: baked pork chops and boiled rice plus a can of Diet Pepsi
Dinner: a Healthy Choice chicken meal and water, then, a gin-n-tonic and sunflower seeds for desert
