Lunch: one (1!) slice of meat pizza and 3 little chunks of cake and a small amount of cole slaw.
Snack: a couple of little chunks of cake (the left over pizza from the office luncheon consisted solely of pizza contaminated with olives, mushrooms, onions and other crap...
Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli (Sliced Beef with Rice & Broccoli in a Savory Sauce) and iced water
