Breakfast: grits and coffee
Lunch: yogurt with frozen strawberries, later, three deep fried chicken legs (less what my dog begged from me!) and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Snack: I planned on having salad for dinner (around 7:30 pm) and about 5:25 pm, I was getting very hungry. So, I ate part of a pork chop and some rice that I had at work (left overs from 6 May)
