Breakfast: creamme of wheat, a slice of toast and coffee
     
     Lunch: various "Chinese" styles of chicken or beef at "King's     Buffet", white rice, a little pudding for desert and "Diet Pepsi"
     
     Snack: a slice of the roast beef I       slow cooked for tonight...
     
     Dinner: roast beef and rice and iced water
     
     A couple of hours after dinner (and with 227), I was hungry and had     desert...
