Breakfast: At work, a Jimmy Dean scrambled eggs, potatoes     and sausage meal. I had a couple of small pieces of chocolate cake     before breakfast; I was hungry and heard about eating this from a     friend (he did not approve)
     
     Lunch: Pizza Hutt for salad, chocolate pudding desert and     all meat pizza with a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
     
     Dinner: Left over spaghetti and a slice (chunk actually) of     sour dough bread with butter and garlic salt on it (and I wondered     why my mouth tasted so bad the next morning...  ;-) )
