_____Breakfast: a variation on the "Amish Cook's" recipe. I made an egg dish with:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of light creamme
  • about 1.5 teaspoons of flour
  • some fennel
  • some dried onion
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • a pinch of baking power
I mixed this all up and baked it in a pre-baked pie dish. It took a while for the egg mixture to fully set up but it was fine. The mixture spread out in the pie pan and was thinner than when I cooked it the first time in a sauce pan. I think having it thick (as it was the first time) made it better.
________Lunch: We went to Pizza Hut where I had spaghetti with meat sauce, a bread stick and a "single visit to the salad bar" and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
The fairly new manager - Jerry - has really turned this Pizza Hutt around.
  • The seating is much quicker than before,
  • the food is better and more quickly supplied,
  • the salad bar is much better and
  • the service is much better.


Jerry has simply turned this place around from his predecessor and I like going.
_______Dinner:  A Healthy Choice chopped roast beef, potatoe chunk, gravy, carrot disk and apple crisp meal.
