Breakfast: a chunk of freshly baked "French Bread" (from a     can of dough) with peanut butter and grape jelly and coffee
     
     Lunch: from Burger King, a double hamburger, french fries     and a medium "Diet Coke"
     
     Dinner: a Healthy choice "Roast beef with potatoes, carrots     and apple crisp" and an apple and glass of iced water
     
     Snack: 6 little Oreo cookies...
