Breakfast: at IHOP in Hays (we could not face the same food as yesterday's breakfast!)
  • chicken fried steak
  • two eggs over medium
  • hash browns
  • two pancakes
  • coffee

Lunch: at Applebys,
  • ribeye steak
  • baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme
  • mixture of broccoli florets and several boiled carrots
  • a Sundae in a large shot glass

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water

No quarters to buy snacks at work, therefore, no snacks...
