Lunch: Healthy Choice roast beef, potatoes, carrots and apple crisp (and a bottle of Diet Pepsi)
Dinner: at the Mariaha Hills Restaurant:
- salad with French dressing
- 16 oz steak (I took about ½ home with me)
- large baked potatoe (also took about ½ home with me...)
- a darkish ale
- a bottle of Coors lager
- around ½ or so of a small chocolate desert
- desert at home: 2 gin-n-tonics (I guess I go to excess with the C2H5OH several times a year...)
