Breakfast: some bacon and a couple of semi-fried/semi-scrambled eggs and coffee

Lunch: at Montana Mike's:
  • ½ pound hamburger with bacon
  • two slices of "American" cheese (on the side)
  • fancy "French Fries" and
  • 2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast, a banana and water
