Breakfast: fried boiled corn meal (turned out badly) and the     left over hamburger and sausage from the other night (on a slice of     sour dough bread) and coffee
     
     Lunch: peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on sour dough     bread and coffee
     
     Dinner: a Healthy Choice meatloaf and cold water, with 2     gin-n-tonic for desert...
