Snack: some ice creamme (I was hungry and didn't want to bother with popcorn at 11:40 given than I get off work at noon.)
Lunch: A Healthy Choice meal (Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, apple crisp, brown gravy) and water
Dinner: we went to Casey's Cowtown and I had:
- salad with tangy Thousand Island Dressing
- a 24 oz T-bone streak (I took a large amount of this home)
- baked potatoe with butter and sour cramme
- roll with butter
- apple pie
- iced water
