Lunch:  a Burger King whopper, overly salted fries and a medium "Diet Coke" (after I got home, I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening hoping lunch would stay down; I guess I still have a "touch of the grunge"...
 
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Marie Calender's Beef & Broccoli and iced water

Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
 
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown, ribs, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, corn,  roll with grape jelly and iced water
 
Dinner:  Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf and iced water
 
This was the last time Lions plan on having our Wednesday meetings at Casey's Cowtown. The service has gotten poor, we've been told we're always given the greenist waitress and we felt taken for granted. So, starting next Wednesday, we're going to meet at the junior college for buffet lunch. They are looking forward to our arrival (but so did Mike Casey when we quit meeting at the Knights of Columbus).

Breakfast: cherios and and English muffin with peanut butter and grape jelly and a glass of cold water
 
Lunch: Some of the beef stew I made yesterday and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 
Dinner:  Roman and cold water. 
 
 
I am feeling ill today and vomited late night and again in the late afternoon...
I had a fever of 1.1ยบ<sup>F</sup> in the late evening

Breakfast: milk toast and coffee
 
Lunch: at the <s>Rat</s> KFC for various chicken items, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and apple crips and two glasses of "Diet Coke"
 
Dinner: salmon and rice pilof and cold water with a gin-n-tonic for desert
 
I don't know if it was the lunch or perhaps the gin-n-tonic but I slept horribly and finally lost my dinner... Then, I felt somewhat better...

_____Breakfast:  We wanted to go to the new IHOP but the parking lot was full. So, we went to another place and I had:

  • two eggs over medium
  • hash browns
  • two thin pork chops
  • two slices wheat bread with grape jelly
  • coffee and iced water

________Lunch: 2 hot dogs

_______Dinner: steak, baked potatoe and beer

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with sauteed dried onion flakes and an English muffin with grape jelly and a couple of cups of coffee
 
Lunch: we went to a local "Chinese" place and I had rice, chicken and beef dishes, pudding for desert and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: a small piece of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: not  but rather, a Hungry-Man Boneless Fried Chicken (tender white chicken patties with home-style mashed potatoes and sweet corn - includes a chocolate brownie) and iced water

Breakfast: bowl of cheerios and coffee
 
Lunch:  at Boot Hill Museum, we docents were fed
  • a chicken salad and lettuce sandwich
  • chips
  • chocolate chip cookies
  • little cup of peaches and
  • bottle of water
I was able to get back home as I left early and I ate the rest of Kathie's steak from this past weekend, with a can of Diet Coke. It tasted really good!
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf, iced water and a small amount of dark chocolate
 
I was so hungry that my hands shook when I was pouring my pills onto my hand. Some of them bounced on the desk and I swallowed them anyway. One pill landed on the floor and it became history. I kept it so I can figure out what I didn't take...

Lunch: a small chicken sandwich, chips, chocolate chips cookies and a bottle of water (It was my payment for being a docent at Boot Hill Museum)
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Chicken Margherita with Balsamic (Chickenb Tenderloions with Angel Hair Pata, Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes in a Balsamic Vinaigrette Sauce) and iced water and later, Reeces's Cups

Breakfast: SOS on biscuit, slice of bread with peanut butter and grape jelly, coffee
 
Lunch: (at the Great Bend Montana Mikes)  rolls and butter, a ½ pound hamburger and fries and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi". I could not finish the hamburger and fries and took them home in a doggy bad
 
Dinner: (at the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant)  salad, small Prime Rib, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and iced water
 
It took 37 minutes from the time we ordered to when we received our food. We had to verbally prod the waiter to get it. Kathie was convinced that I had gotten a large steak meant for someone else. Well, when the food is plopped in front of you, it is too late for the waiter to quibble about what was served. Anyway, it tasted good and I took home most of the steak and will have it for breakfast later this week.
 
The Restaurant appeared overwhelmed by the number of customers they had and the service was quite slow. Two women behind us said they had waited 45 minutes for their meals to arrive. There were three (3) men near us who wondered why our waiter had brought out four (4) meals and had to ask his customers "what did you order?"  (I could be wrong  but I don't think so...)

Breakfast: (at the Ramoda in Salina) SOS on bisquit, oatmeal, donut, coffee and two glasses of orange juice
 
Snack: a small piece of the left over birthday cake and it was hardly worth waiting for...
 
Lunch: a pseudo-Mexican mixture of seasoned hambuger, soft taco shells, cheddar cheese, lettuce, rice and a bottle of Diet Pepsi I brought in with me
 
Pre-dinner: a gin-n-tonic with a group of Lions at the bar
 
Dinner: three slice of roast beef (I normally get more from a large sub sandwich), a scoup of mashed potatoes with brown gravy, roll, salad, some kind of cheesecake and water
 
The amount of beef was quite small.

Breakfast: (at home) Scrambled eggs, English muffins, coffee
 
Lunch: (at Brahms in Great Bend) half pound hamburger with bacon, fries, Medium "Diet Pepsi" and a Sundae
 
Snack: piece of dark chocolate and coffee
 
Pre dinner: Kathie and I met a group of Lions in the Romatia Bar - "O'Mallies" - and I had a a dark lager and an imported Lager)
 
Dinner: (at the Salina Romatia at a Lions Convention) salad, chicken Florentine,  baked potatoe, roll and apple cobbler
 
Snack: (at the Lions Hospitality Room) a couple of cookies and water
 
My dinner kept trying to come up most of the night; I learned the next day that Kathie and several other Lions had the same problem...

Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Snack: Cheeze-Its and a can of PEPSI ZERO
 
Lunch: the child size version of chicken "fingers" and french fries at Casey's Cowtown. I asked for the full sized meal and our waitress brought the wrong one; Mike Casey thought it was funny but I did not!  I then had a left over ear of corn when I got home.
 
Dinner: can of soup and a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich (I have really gotten tired of this combination) and a chunk of Summer Sausage for "desert" (and a chunk of dark chocolate)

Sadly, my dinner did  not stay down and I blame it on the scrimp (although it could have just as easily been lunch  )

Snack: a single Reese's Cup and a half cup of very bad (very old) coffee

Lunch: an office luncheon where I had homemade chicken soup, a homemade Jumbulia and my homemade beef stew (more a soup) and a can of Pepsi Zero and chocolate cake and ice creamme
 
Dinner: Atlantic caught salmon, boiled carrots and boiled rice and cold water. I had a gin-n-tonic for desert

Dinner: We went to Applebys and I had a bowl of "French Onion Soup", fish and chips and iced water. The waiter brought the check without asking if we wanted desert (we didn't, as it turned out).

Breakfast: JimmyDean® Breakfast Bowl (Meat Lovers: eggs, potatoes, sausage, cheddar cheese & bacon), a chunk of dark chocolate and some coffee
 
Lunch: Extra crispy fried chicken from KFC, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, a very soggy and overcooked chunk of corn on the cob and a medium "Diet Coke" (I should have avoided this as the caffein helped keep me awake that evening)
 
Dinner: most of a steak and baked potatoe, all of some broccoli florets and cold water  (I had 3 anti-pain pills and probably should have had a fourth; my left arm and shoulder were really painfull..)

Dinner: We went to a fund raiser at the Knights of Columbus and had two tacos (freshly made shells) and iced water. They did not have desert (no biggie) and should have had sour creamme (which I told them). It was worth the money we donated...

Dinner: I cooked
  • baked salmon

  • boiled carrots
  • boiled broccoli spears
  • and drank cold water
Snack: a couple of large chunks of dark chocolate based on my "2 hours past starting to eat" blood sugar reading. I was worried my blood sugar would crash overnight. Now, I'm worried my meter may be "off"...
