Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: at Wendys for
- a double hamberger,
- baked potatoe with butter and sour creamme and
- a medium "Diet Coke"
Dinner: I cooked
- baked salmon
- baked potatoes
- boiled carrots
- boiled broccoli spears
- and drank cold water
Snack: a couple of large chunks of dark chocolate based on my "2 hours past starting to eat" blood sugar reading. I was worried my blood sugar would crash overnight. Now, I'm worried my meter may be "off"...
