 Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Snack: two little Reeces Cups
 
Lunch: at Long John Silvers, fish, chicken, rice, a soggy chunk of corn and a bottle of cold water
 
Dinner: a scrimp salad, a little left over rice pilof, two ears of corn on the cob and cold water
 
Sadly, my dinner did  not stay down and I blame it on the scrimp (although it could have just as easily been lunch  )
