Breakfast: JimmyDean® Breakfast Bowl (Meat Lovers: eggs, potatoes, sausage, cheddar cheese & bacon), a chunk of dark chocolate and some coffee
 
Lunch: Extra crispy fried chicken from KFC, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, a very soggy and overcooked chunk of corn on the cob and a medium "Diet Coke" (I should have avoided this as the caffein helped keep me awake that evening)
 
Dinner: most of a steak and baked potatoe, all of some broccoli florets and cold water  (I had 3 anti-pain pills and probably should have had a fourth; my left arm and shoulder were really painfull..)
