Breakfast: creamme of wheat and 2 cups of coffee
Lunch: a Burger King whopper, overly salted fries and a medium "Diet Coke" (after I got home, I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening hoping lunch would stay down; I guess I still have a "touch of the grunge"...
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
Dinner: Marie Calender's Beef & Broccoli and iced water
