Breakfast: left over steak and baked potatoe, from the past weekend and coffee
 
Lunch: an office luncheon where I had homemade chicken soup, a homemade Jumbulia and my homemade beef stew (more a soup) and a can of Pepsi Zero and chocolate cake and ice creamme
 
Dinner: Atlantic caught salmon, boiled carrots and boiled rice and cold water. I had a gin-n-tonic for desert
