Breakfast: (at the Ramoda in Salina) SOS on bisquit, oatmeal, donut, coffee and two glasses of orange juice
Lunch: a pseudo-Mexican mixture of seasoned hambuger, soft taco shells, cheddar cheese, lettuce, rice and a bottle of Diet Pepsi I brought in with me
Pre-dinner: a gin-n-tonic with a group of Lions at the bar
Dinner: three slice of roast beef (I normally get more from a large sub sandwich), a scoup of mashed potatoes with brown gravy, roll, salad, some kind of cheesecake and water
The amount of beef was quite small.
