Breakfast: the rest of my steak on Sunday and a bowl of cherrios and coffee
 
Lunch: at Boot Hill Museum (where I was a docent for the week),
  • a JimmyJohns roast beef sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomatoe and mayo
  • chips
  • little chocolate chip cookies
  • bottle of bottled water
Snack: some dark chocolate and coffee
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Sweet and Tangy BBQ Seasoned Chicken, some dark chocolate and iced water
