Breakfast: milk toast and coffee
 
Lunch: at the <s>Rat</s> KFC for various chicken items, mashed potatoes and brown gravy and apple crips and two glasses of "Diet Coke"
 
Dinner: salmon and rice pilof and cold water with a gin-n-tonic for desert
 
I don't know if it was the lunch or perhaps the gin-n-tonic but I slept horribly and finally lost my dinner... Then, I felt somewhat better...
