Breakfast: at the Best Western in McPherson Kansas for a mixture of SOS on bisquits, some link sausage, donut, coffee and orange juice
Lunch: We went to the McPherson Montana Mikes and I had a hamburger, fries, 2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi" and some of Kathie's onion rings

There was good service and good food.
We had lunch with a number of other Lions. There were four type 2 diabetics at the table and I was the only one of the four not on insulin and pills! One person has been on insulin for two weeks and fumbled her shot into her right bicep. Another of the type 2s (an RN) couched her through the correct injection. She might have been better off injecting into her belly but she was probably embarrassed by this thought. It would have drawn attention to her being overweight...

Dinner: At the Best Western Conference Room and it was a buffet line with very fine tasting food
:
- salad
- mixed boiled broccoli and carrots
- mashed potatoes and a fine brown gravy
- chunks of roast beef
- rolls and butter at the table
- apple cobbler desert
- iced water (they were out of decaf coffee)

About half way through the dinner, I realized that as nice as the food was going down, it would not stay down. About an hour and a half after going to bed, the dinner came back up and I blew chunks.
Kathie was also ill.
