Lunch: corned beef sandwich and coffee
 
Dinner: piece of boneless, skinned chicken, cooked in fry pan, left over boiled broccoli and speghetti noodles. For a drink, a gin-n-tonic...
 
Desert: a couple of  pieces of dark chocoate...
