Breakfast: a small pork chop cooked in a whiskey marinade, two ears of corn on the cob and coffee
 
Lunch; two chicken fried chicken fillets, mashed potatoes and white gravy, a smallish piece of chocolate cake and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"
 
Snack: a piece of dark chocolate...
 
Dinner:  Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish meal, iced water and a small chunk of dark chocolate
