Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch:  can of Healthy Choice chicken and rice soup, a 1.5 oz bag of CHEEZE-ITs and a can of Pepsi Zero.
 Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken dinner, a little chunk of dark chocolate and cold water

Snack: a small piece of sausage and a piece of dark chocolate
