_____Breakfast: spoon sized shred wheat (I wish I'd put sweetener on it!) and coffee


________Lunch:  home made egg salad sandwich, chips and a can of Pepsi One.


                 Snackpiece of Kathie's birthday cake and vanilla ice creamme


_______Dinner:  piece of marinaded steak, baked potatoe, piece of dark chocolate and MGD!
