Breakfast: a 3 egg "omelet" with onion flakes. Well, it was 3 well beaten eggs mixed with onion flakes and microwaved in a microwave proof bowl. This and coffee made my breakfast.
Snack: a couple of small pieces of dark chocolate and a little bit of coffee
Lunch: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich, bag of chips and can of Pepsi One.
Snack: a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken, noodles and white gravy with boiled broccoli and a glass of cold "refrigerator" water. Since we both remember my vomiting last night all too well, I did not have anything alcoholic to drink!
Sadly, I did not fare so well the night of 6 July into 7 July (last night).
After going to bed around 8:30 pm, I got up to pee around and ended up vomiting. Then, after going back to bed, I got up to vomit some more. I coughed up a lot of phlegm. I also had another pee break about 1:30 am. I suspect it was the grease in the bread stuffing some 7 hours before I went to bed and the filling up of my stomach from two gin-n-tonics. I will be "on the wagon" tonight!
