Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: a fancy ham sandwich, chips, vanilla ice cramme with chocolate sauce and a can of Pepsi One.
Snack: a bit more ice creamme and chocolate sauce
Dinner: pan fried chopped up boneless, skinned chicken breasts, mixed with creamme of chicken soup (to make a gravy) and put over mashed potatoes and cold water.
Snack: a gin-n-tonic and peanuts
