Breakfast: cream of wheat, two slices of toast, coffee
Snack: small amount of left over spaghetti noodles and home made spaghetti sauce (from yesterday) and coffee
Lunch: two hot dogs, one bun, cold water
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate and then homemade chocolate sauce on the remainder of the vanilla ice cream and yet more coffee!
Dinner: Hungry Man Boneless Fried Chicken (tender white chicken patties with home-style mashed potatoes and sweet corn - includes a chocolate brownie) and glass of iced water.
