Breakfast: left over steak and baked potatoe from the other night and coffee
Lunch: two hot dogs and coffee
Snack: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and coffee as I was feeling weak and my blood pressure was 118/62. I don't know what the BP had to do with the feeling weak but the one slice pg-n-gp sandwich made me feel a whole lot better!
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meatloaf Dinner, a chunk of dark chocolate and iced water
I could not understand why my AM blood sugar was so high until I was going through my "fixing to go to work" kit and found that I had not taken my evening pills last night. It was hectic...
As soon as I got to work, I put my evening pills box on my work station desk and took them before dining.
