Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken and rice soup and a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich.

Sadly, I did not fare so well the night of 6 July into 7 July.
I got up to pee and ended up vomiting. Then, after going back to bed, I got up to vomit some more. I coughed up a lot of phem. I also had another pee break about 1:30 am. I suspect it was the grease in the bread stuffing some 7 hours before I went to bed and the filling up of my stomach from the gin-n-tonics. I will be "on the wagon" the evening of 7 July!
My am score on the 7th was: U2V2 (which is a record, a bad record, for me!)
