Breakfast: Went to the Boot Hill Museum for their pork SOS on freshly made biscuits and had coffee

Lunch: Most of a loaf of home cooked French Bread and coffee

Dinner: We went to "Prime on the Nine" and had:
  • salad with Feta Cheese
  • excellent Chicken Cordon Blue
  • mashed potatoes with white gravy
  • two glasses of a excellent beer
  • we split a desert with:
    • vanilla ice cramme
    • chocolate fudge
    • whipped cramme and
    • a brownie

Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-n-tonic with some awful excuse for tonic water...

Dinner: We went to Dairy Queen for
  • six pieces of fried boneless, skinned, chicken
  • frenh fries
  • glass "Diet Pepsi" and finally,
  • bananna split for desert

I have never seen a score this (264) high before. I have to wonder if I am ill?

Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
  • well cooked bacon
  • scrambled eggs
  • coffee cake
  • coffee

Lunch:
Skipped as we were working in the yard. Oddly, I did not get hungry...

Dinner:
Kathie made:
  • baked chicken
  • rice pilaf
  • boiled broccoli florets
  • about a ¼ (quarter) cup of White Zin and
  • a glass of cold water.
My stomach was upset, leaving me with gut pain. I think I waited far too long before starting to eat dinner around 4 pm. I will definitely eat a proper lunch to,morrow and will bring something to eat around 5 pm. I hope that I am not turning into a "brittle"!

After several Tums and whilst thinking of "Pink" (Pepto-Bismuth), I remember once being ask "did I try to induce vomiting"? So, I went to the bathroom, stuck my finger down my throat and blew chunks. 

When the dinner left, so did the pain. I think my body was reacting to some of the seasoning.

Lunch: We went to "Bela Italia" and I had
  • soup (which I thought came with the meal but was $8.50 extra)
  • meatball spaghetti
  • "Diet Pepsi"

I made some homemade bread and it turned out well.

Dinner: I made
  • home made meatloaf
  • baked potatoe
  • broccoli and
  • glass of White Zin

Somehow, White Zin felt like the best choice for something to drink with my dinner.

  • small amount of hamburger
  • a fried egg
  • fried mashed potatoes and
  • coffee
Mid morning snack: a small amount of dark chocolate

Lunch: Went to a Japanese restaurant and we
  • split some fried scrimp. I then had:
  • steak,
  • rice with veggies
  • more veggies and
  • two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Mid-afternoon snack: most of a "Freddys" hot fudge chocolate milk shake. I did it and I don't want to repeat this for a while... 

Dinner: a Marie Cllender's "Country Fried Chicken & Gravy" [with mashed potatoes] and a glass of cold water. 

 AM 96 Mid-Afternoon 144 PM 

I felt awful after eating that milk shake and was worried that I had gone hypoglycemic but it turned out not to be the case.

Breakfast: creamme of wheat, toast and coffee

Lunch: I went to Sonic and that was a mistake! I ordered:
  • 5 piece chicken stripes,
  • fries,
  • medium "Diet Coke"
I started giving my order. They got my first order (for my wife) but could not understand my second order. The first person I talked to sounded like a Mexican woman. She could not understand what I wax saying. She was replaced by what sounded like a white man. He could not understand my order either. I then talked to what sounded like a Mexican man. He got my order right (or so I thought).

I ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes before a kid finally brought my order out. I did not hold the problems of taking my order against the delivery person.

When I got the food to Kathie at work, it turned out they had screwed up her drink order. I don't remember them providing the white gravy.

Sonic was torn down and the building rebuilt. Apparently, Sonic lost their experienced employees and had to hire fresh staff. Regardless, I'm going to stop going until I think they may have their shit together. Either that or I'll just start going in to the counter (I think they have a counter) and order there...

Dinner: Can of Campbell's Chunky Chicken Broccoli Cheese with Potatoe Soup and cold water.

Lunch: We went to Montana Mikes and I had:
  • split cheese appetizer with Kathie

Dinner: Kathie had originally wanted steak but I had not done dishes so steak is off until Tuesday. I had:
  • Kathie's left over onion rings ,
  • can of Fosters and
  • orange sherbet with fudge topping
Pre-Bed Snack: small piece of a homemade chocoolate chip cookie

Late night snack:  Several hours after I went to bed, I awoke and laid there wide awake and hungry fofor a couple of hours. I got some dark chocolate chips and that helped for a while.

  • cake with various fruit (I liked the strawberries)

Some problems with our dinner:

  1. They did not bring out bread before the meal.
  2. Kathie ordered the Cole slaw. She got chopped up cabbage with vinegar topping. This was not what she wanted...
