Breakfast: A simple favourite of:
  • small amount of hamburger
  • a fried egg
  • fried mashed potatoes and
  • coffee
Mid morning snack: a small amount of dark chocolate

Lunch: Went to a Japanese restaurant and we
  • split some fried scrimp. I then had:
  • steak,
  • rice with veggies
  • more veggies and
  • two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Mid-afternoon snack: most of a "Freddys" hot fudge chocolate milk shake. I did it and I don't want to repeat this for a while... 

Dinner: a Marie Cllender's "Country Fried Chicken & Gravy" [with mashed potatoes] and a glass of cold water. 

 AM 96 Mid-Afternoon 144 PM 

I felt awful after eating that milk shake and was worried that I had gone hypoglycemic but it turned out not to be the case.
