Late night snack:  I laid there wide awake and hungry for for a couple of hours. I got some dark chocolate chips and that helped for a while.

Snack (mid morning): a soft boiled egg (very tasty)

Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch: Taco Bell $5 meal and medium "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: several Montana Mike's onion rings, can of chicken noodle sou0p and bottle of LandShark

Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic
