Breakfast: We got up early and I fixed:
  • 2 fried pork sausage patties
  • two scrambled eggs
  • coffee
Lunch: We went to the Wichita Red Lobster and I had:
  • potatoe soup
  • fish and chips
  • "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: We went to a great steak house in Wichita called "Hanger One". I had:
  • salad
  • 8 oz fillet
  • baked potatoe
  • small glass Stella
Snack: We went to Hurt Donut show and I had two creamme donuts. This was very nice...

Pre-Bed Snack:
