Breakfast: I had 2 scrambled eggs, leftover baked potatoe, a small amount of leftover steak and coffee.

Lunch: Arby's roast beef sandwich, fries, medium "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken dinner and a bottle of LandShark

Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic
