Breakfast: a quick one of
  • 2 sausage patties and
  • scrambled eggs,
  • toast and
  • coffee

Lunch: pancakes and sausage, coffee

Dinner:  An old favourite of:
  • ½ pound hamburger,
  • mashed potatoes,
  • brown gravy and
  • a bottle of LandShark

Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic
