Breakfast: an English muffin, two egg egg salad, slice of toast and coffee

Mid-morning snack: some dark chocolate and more coffee

Lunch: chicken noodle soup and a slice of sour dough bread and coffee.

Dinner:  I cobbled together a meal of:
  • Left over spaghetti,
  • slice of sour dough bread with
    • peanut butter and
    • grape jelly
  • and glass of water

Pre-Bed Snack:
