Breakfast: Kathie's Big Breakfast of:
  • well cooked bacon
  • scrambled eggs
  • coffee cake
  • coffee

Lunch:
Skipped as we were working in the yard. Oddly, I did not get hungry...

Dinner:
Kathie made:
  • baked chicken
  • rice pilaf
  • boiled broccoli florets
  • about a ¼ (quarter) cup of White Zin and
  • a glass of cold water.
My stomach was upset, leaving me with gut pain. I think I waited far too long before starting to eat dinner around 4 pm. I will definitely eat a proper lunch to,morrow and will bring something to eat around 5 pm. I hope that I am not turning into a "brittle"!

After several Tums and whilst thinking of "Pink" (Pepto-Bismuth), I remember once being ask "did I try to induce vomiting"? So, I went to the bathroom, stuck my finger down my throat and blew chunks. 

When the dinner left, so did the pain. I think my body was reacting to some of the seasoning.
