Breakfast: I wanted something different and went for
  • two sausage patties,
  • two fried eggs,
  • one slice sour dough bread and
  • coffee


Lunch: leftover rice pilaf, chicken, coffee

Dinner: We went to Dairy Queen for
  • six pieces of fried boneless, skinned, chicken
  • frenh fries
  • glass "Diet Pepsi" and finally,
  • bananna split for desert
Pre-Bed Snack:

AM 116  PM  264

The morning score was a bit high.
I have never seen a score this (264) high before. I have to wonder if I am ill?
