Evening score (169) 2 hours past finishing eating. I ran this test since I thought I'd like quite the dinner!

I felt quite ill for couple of hours afterwards. This is almost a standard response for me to this food.

Breakfast: We hopped to IHOP and I had:
  • chicken fried steak
    • with white gravy
  • hash browns
  • 2 eggs over medium
  • 2 pancakes
  • coffee and
  • iced water
Lunch:  3 Taco Bell tacos, chips and "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner:  from the Brew Pub a half hamburger pizza and
         two local lagers

Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips

About an hour after going to bed, I awoke feeling nauseated. I fought it off for about an hour before giving in a vomiting. I suspect it was the Tacos I had for lunch because they looked like the fat a melted it's way through the base of the taco.

The side effects lingered much longer than before so I have to wonder if this was just a more unpleasant event than usual...

               *  carrots
               *  onion
               *  garlic

Pre-Bed Snack:  small amount of peanut, chocolate chips and a gin-n-tonic


AM 92  This was not a "testing day" but an attempt to see if my blood
             sugar was low.

I slept well for about an hour last night and then vomited; dinner definitely did not agree with me. I slept badly the rest of the night so I checked my blood sugar first thing this morning. This is in the "normal" range and not too low, even for me...

The Caesar Salad had an interesting flavour and I suspect this was what upset my stomach. At the time, I wished I could have sampled the salad and then not eaten it. To quote Vir Coto:

                *  plus a coffee cup of White Zin

       Snacks: some chocolate chips that did not seem to help much
               and perhaps a half teaspoon of chocolate fudge which
               really helped with the suspected hypoglycemia.

               The real cure to my possible hypoglycemia was lunch...
