Breakfast: We hopped to IHOP and I had:
  • chicken fried steak
    • with white gravy
  • hash browns
  • 2 eggs over medium
  • 2 pancakes
  • coffee and
  • iced water
Lunch:  3 Taco Bell tacos, chips and "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner:  from the Brew Pub a half hamburger pizza and
         two local lagers

Pre-Bed Snack: some dark chocolate chips

About an hour after going to bed, I awoke feeling nauseated. I fought it off for about an hour before giving in a vomiting. I suspect it was the Tacos I had for lunch because they looked like the fat a melted it's way through the base of the taco.

The side effects lingered much longer than before so I have to wonder if this was just a more unpleasant event than usual...
