_____Breakfast: * 3 scrambled eggs
                * fried mashed potatoes
                * coffee

________Lunch:  * left over rice pilaf
                * can of Creamme of Chicken soup
                * bottle of Diet Pepsi 

_______Dinner:  We went to Applebees (great service!)
                * salad
                * most of a 12 oz sirloin steak
                * most of a baked potatoe
                * brownie and vinallia ice creamme
                * iced water

Pre-Bed Snack:  gin-n-tonic
