* coffee ________Lunch: Kathie got me
* double burger
* fries
* medium "Diet Pepsi" _______Dinner: I used Kathie's left over rice pilaf and chicken
* mixed a can of creamme of chicken soup with
* water and
* White Zin and put this into a big sauce pan
* chopped up left over chicken and added it
* put the leftover rice pilaf into the sauce pan
AM 89 PM ... 123* plus a coffee cup of White Zin Pre-Bed Snack:
