Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee 

      Lunch: McDonalds 
                 *  double Hamburger, 
                 *  fries and 
                 *  medium "Diet Pepsi".

      Snack: about a half teaspoon of chocolate fudge.

    Dinner:  At Casey's Cowtown
                *  salad
                *  corned beef
                *  boiled potatoe
                *  boiled cabbage
                *  two glasses of Stella
