____Breakfast: * oatmeal
* soft boiled egg
* and coffee
________Lunch: * left over steak and
* baked potatoe plus
* a bottle of diet pepsi.
Snacks: some chocolate chips that did not seem to help much
and perhaps a half teaspoon of chocolate fudge which
really helped with the suspected hypoglycemia.
The real cure to my possible hypoglycemia was lunch...
_______Dinner: * fried salmon
* baked potatoe with sour creamme and butter
* some dark chocolate chips
* glass of White Zin
Pre-Bed Snack: two gin-n-tonic
