_____Breakfast: * milk toast (2 slices sour dough bread)
                * 1 slice sour dough bread with 
                  ^  peanut butter
                  ^  grape jelly

________Lunch:  left over beef, potatoe and carrots and cold water


_______Dinner:  last of the left over stew and a glass of local lager


Pre-Bed Snack:  a zin-n-tonicf
